Project Controls are an integral component of the CDN management processes for project delivery. Our team of Project Analysts customize a plan for each project, determining the optimal control methods, tools, and techniques that will identify potential budget and schedule deviations at an early stage. The Project Management (or Project Controls) system integrates cost with field performance measurement, enabling our Construction Management Teams to mitigate potential cost and schedule impacts through decisive, informed action.

The CDN controls in-house estimating staff and Construction Management Team enable us to deliver on our commitment to executing projects of all scopes and sizes. Each project includes the involvement of a dedicated construction manager and supervisory staff, designed to streamline the project lifecycle while providing dedicated points of contact to all project stakeholders. Our team can navigate any contract structure required, including lump sum, fixed fee, cost plus, target pricing and more.

CDN Controls Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that we provide consistent and reliable execution and documentation through the training of our field staff with commitment from our Senior Management. CDN has appointed a Quality Controls Manager (QCM) to oversee the implementation and control of the QMS. The QMS has been put in place to verify the safe and effective construction required by our clients. CDN can reduce the risk associated with commissioning and startup by following QMS and eliminating hazards that may occur during the project.

Documentation control includes producing drafts and drawings that comply with industry standards and electrical codes, from panel designs to wiring diagrams, cabinet layouts, and more. Leave it to CDN to deliver correct measurements and reporting documents and accurate asset representation as we enforce proper and effective document control processes in the future.
